Privacy policy
What happens to the details you send us when you ask for a gutter estimate.
About this policy
Effective: October 29, 2026
West Chester Gutter Pros installs and repairs gutters for homes in West Chester, PA and nearby townships. This policy covers this website and its estimate request form. Throughout it, “we” means West Chester Gutter Pros. Privacy questions can be sent through the estimate form; just say what you'd like to know.
Information you send us
The estimate form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address if you'd like to give one, the street address of the house, its neighborhood or township, the kind of gutter project and a message. Along with what you type, we receive the page the form was sent from and the date and time it arrived.
We never ask for card or bank details through this site. The site runs no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to reply, arrange a visit, measure the house and send you a written estimate. We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't pass them to anyone for marketing.
Delivery, storage and security
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the form, Cloudflare processes the submission and delivers it to our office inbox by email, and we keep it with our other business correspondence. A backup copy of each request is kept in Cloudflare's storage for 90 days, in case an email doesn't arrive, and is then deleted automatically.
The form screens out automated spam and limits how many requests can come from one connection in an hour. For that limit we store a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about an hour, not the address itself. When a submission is rejected or can't be delivered, a short technical log entry is recorded without the contents of your message. Like any web host, Cloudflare may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect its network.
We take reasonable care with what you send, but no website or email system can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You can ask what we have from your request, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the estimate form. This site is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their information.
When this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.

Request an estimate
Tell us where the house is and what the gutters are doing. If you have photos, say so in the message and we'll ask for them by email. We reply during office hours to set up a visit to measure. Just outside our area? Send the form and ask.
We read form requests Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. There's no phone line: everything stays in writing.
